If it works on new computers but not on old (with exactly same E2B USb stick, same MBR boot, all same conditions) then the problem must be with the old computer's BIOS or hardware. E2B has always made two partitions, it's just that the 2nd partition was not formatted on earlier versions.
P.S. Ghost 11.5 is based on Vista PE and only support USB 2 ports and older USB controllers.
P.S. Try using .isoPE01 file extension.
