When you run a .imgPTN file from the E2B menu, it will prompt you to switch partitions and you have to press ENTER or Y+ENTER to switch in the .imgPTN file. Using a file extension of .imgPTNAUTO just suppresses the prompt.
.isoauto is not a valid file extension.
