If you have lots of WinPE ISOs or WIM files on your E2B drive, you can easily add your own shortcuts, change the wallpaper, add drivers and autorun commands on startup. No need to change the ISO\WIM file. See the PEStartup Tutorial at http://www.rmprepusb.com/tutorials/143_pestartup
