Did you follow the guide

Make sure no other flash drive or CD is present in the system.
Does E2B say WinHelper drive was found and it is wiping it, just before E2B menu is displayed?
Is drive E: the correct USB drive (press SHIFT+F10 to get command console in Windows Setup).
Original files are the 100K ones in the WinHelper docs folder
