The keys that are provided in E2B are installation keys. If you are installing Win 10 Pro (retail) simply pick the Win 10 Pro installation key.
Once you have booted to Desktop, you can enter the Win7 key and it should activate.
However, if you want it to be able to accept your Win7 key during Setup, use the MPI Tool Kit to convert the ISO to a .imgPTN file.
This will then behave like the DVD.
MPI will ask you about an EI.cfg file - if you have a retail ISO, say R and you will be able to install either Core or Pro (it will ask you to pick).
With .imgPTN (FAT32) you can also boot via UEFI too if you wish. See videos for more info and MPI pages on this site.
