So in the case of the MHS2030AT 30GB HDD and one of the 'bad' systems -e.g. Dell 4600 - are you saying that if you prepare the 30GB drive using MAKE_E2B_USB_DRIVE.cmd as either NTFS or FAT32 then it does not boot, but if you reduce the size of a partition (which partition? there should be two, and using what tool?) then it works?
If so, could you prepare the 30GB drive using MAKE_E2B_USB_DRIVE.cmd as NTFS and check it fails, then send me a 'Drive Info - 0' email of the LBA0. Then 'fix' the problem by reducing the partition size and send me another 'Drive Info - 0' printout please? You can use the 'Contact Me' form or directly email me.
