You need to boot in UEFI mode.
Convert the .ISO file to a FAT32 .imgPTN file using MakePartImage (MPI Tool Kit) and copy the .imgPTN file to the E2B USB drive \_ISO\WIN folder or \_ISO\MAINMENU folder.
Then you boot to E2B and select the Win10.imgPTN file and switch to the CSM Menu.
You can now either boot using the Clover menu or UEFI-boot using your UEFI BIOS selection menu. Watch the videos for more help.
