Kali2 *boots* fine for me.
The only problem is that it cannot find the 'Install CD' - but this is easily solved by specifying \dev\sdb4 as the CD-ROM drive (or use \dev\sdc4 or \dev\sdd4, etc. depending on what the USB drive letter is).
This is detailed in the 'List of tested ISOs' page which you should ALWAYS look at if you have problems (or even before you have problems!)
P.S. See "\_ISO\docs\Sample mnu files\Linux\kali-linux-1.0.5-amd64.txt" for a .txt file which will remind you what to do.
