There are no official Windows AIO ISOs - different people make different AIOs in different ways.
You need to look inside the boot.wim at the \windows\system32 files winpeshl.ini, startnet.cmd, mysetup.cmd and other files of a similar date to see how it has been modified.
Since you are using a USB drive and not a DVD, you have plenty of room, so why use a AIO ISO - why not just use the official MS ISOs?
