Can you describe exactly how you are converting the ISO or USB drive to a .imgPTN file?
i.e. Are you dragging-and-dropping onto MPI_FAT32 Desktop shortcut? Are you prompted with any questions and how do you answer?
Actually, for DOS, you should just make a .img or .imghd file or for a DOS iso just use .isodos or .isodos01. Did you try other file extensions?
