I tested 3.6 on a FAT32 E2B v1.62 USB HDD
\tables\vista_free\(files here - e.g. table0.ind)
\_ISO\MAIN\MENU\ophcrack-notables-livecd-3.6.0.iso
works fine!
If not work for you, please describe your USB drive type and folder structure.
