Once you have made the partitions on the E2B drive, then you can boot to E2B and swap the partitions using a menu entry in E2B (and swap back again afterwards using E2B or RMPrepUSB or BootIce).
You can install a driver onto your Windows PC that will treat Removable drives as a fixed drive, so it will allow you to access all partitions on a Removable drive - e.g. hitachi microdrive cfadisk driver just as if it was a hard disk.
P.S. Win8.1ToGo does not work on a Removable drive - it must be Win8 not 8.1!
