Subject multiple boot usb drive

i have 2T seagate usb drive, i want to have multiple boot choice of 1 windows 8 running on the usb drive, the other boot to any iso image of windows install, UBCD, hiren's, antivirus recovery disk ...etc
I read on rmprepusb and easy2boot but not clearly understand how, so many thanks for any help :D
