It Worked!! It is now extremely faster (100 Loop test takes only 1 seconds :)
One question remain though. How do i keep using the grub4dos 0.4.6?
In the FAQ you wrote:
"To always enable the Grub4dos USB driver use set GRUB_USB=Y in your \_ISO\MyE2B.cfg file to permanently enable it"
But i only have "Sample_MyE2B.cfg" (which is set to Y in GRUB_USB, but it is not really enabled)
