So file is not corrupt?
Can you open it with 7zip from the USB drive? NTFS formatted?
Can you do following
in E2B menu type p then enter password easy2boot
then type c for console
then type
blocklist /_ISO/WINDOWS/SVR2012/en (then press TAB for auto completion)
does it list one cluster or more?
