Yes, you can use Easy2Boot to UEFI boot from either 32-bit or 64-bit systems.
Whatever files you want to boot to, MUST support 32-bit UEFI booting however (if you have 32-bit UEFI) - e.g. Some Fedora Live ISOs, Clonezilla Live 2.2.2, Win7 32-bit (with some fiddling).
What are you trying to boot to? Want is it you want to do?
