If you have a bootable USB drive that is working and it is a single partition, then it is best to use MakePartImage to make a .imgPTN file.
Just drag-and-drop the USB drive icon from Windows Explorer onto the MPI_FAT32 Desktop shortcut to make the .imgPTN file.
This will make an image from the USB drive.
Then just copy the .imgPTN file to your E2B USB drive.
