Subject Include x86 ISO + different x64 ISO of Windows 7 and Windows 8

I have separate ISOs for x86 Windows 7 and x64 Windows 7 (and Windows 8). Do I put both the x86 ISO and the x64 ISO in the same Windows 7 folder (and the same for Windows 8) ?
