You will need to use RMPrepUSB and specify a small size.
20GB is too small (it would only take 4-6 Windows Install ISOs.).

I suggest 130GB because many BIOSes have problems accessing past 137GB. The main problem is that 2TB is the maximum for any BIOS.
1. Use RMPrepUSB and set a size of 130GB and NTFS (do not tick boot as HDD checkbox)
2. Install grub4dos
3. Copy the E2B files to the USB HDD partition
4. Use another partitioning tool (Windows, Easeus Home Partition Master, gparted, whatever) to add either one Primary partition or multiple Logical partitions. The problem is that you may hit the 2TB barrier and only be able to use half of the disk.
